Available in a wide variety of designs, Savage Custom Straightening Presses accommodate the needs of several industries. Our machines easily straighten any workpiece, from small hollow tubes to massive steel plates, and everything in between.
Our highly accurate stroke controller (RPC) takes the guesswork out of straightening. As a straightening press manufacturer, the Savage RPC assures fast, accurate, repeatable straightening without the need for highly experienced operators. Ram stopping position is controlled to ± .001 inch accuracy. This precision digital stroke control (via setpoint) comes standard with these frame types, and is cost-effective compared to the competition, all without the utilization of dirt-sensitive Servo-proportional valving.
Plate and Weldment Straightening
Our Wide Bed TFS Custom Weldment Straightening Presses are available in 100-ton to 2,000-ton capacities and can be designed to meet your unique requirements. Our plate and weldment straightening presses have three axes of ram movement, making them ideal for straightening or bending castings, weldments, or plates.
